Mio Matsumoto creates wonderfully surreal and magical illustrations that are a mixture of fashion, dreams and reality. Her work has been in ELLE Japon, VOGUE Japon and Ginger Numero Tokyo. I like the fluidity of her pen work and how she will contrast that with bold uses of colour backgrounds or small delicate details within her illustrations.
